Actor Vijay with his Mom and Dad

Vijay was born on June 22 1974 to S.A. Chandrasekhar and Shoba Chandrasekhar. His full name is Joseph Vijay Chandrasekhar. He had a sister named Vidhya who died when she was just two. Vijay studied Visual Communications at Loyola College, but dropped out to pursue an acting career. He is interestingly also collegemates with other prominent personalities Surya Sivakumar, Yuvan Shankar Raja, Karthik Raja and Vishnuvardhan.
