A BIRTHDAY PRESENT FOR ILAYATHALAPATHY VIJAY

This was precisely the moment I was petrified about ever since I had the guts to dream about writing something on Ilayathalapathy Vijay. Would he read it? Will I ever make justice to the over powering emotions and metaphors that conjure in my head that I inherently desire to match with my understanding about this phenomenon known as Vijay? Because, every time the lightning (read understanding) struck, gratitude overwhelmed in my heart. And because gratitude ebbed, fear followed. Neither my cognizance nor my writing skills might ever match up to what he does. But I had to let it out of my system for one reason- the world must know. I must know that I made an effort for the world to know. About him.

Everyone, in most of the places I knew mocked. That means Family, Friends, Chennai, Melbourne, and even Facebook. Some sort me out to jibe, taunt and sneer. You are a Vijay fan? Like I had sinned against cinema or still worse, sanity. Thanks to all that, it ends up in an article. Up until now, you would have noticed, I speak about me and not him. But how could I possibly explain who he is, without stating what he did to me? Now that is what I call an introduction.

Imagine a world in which you will not have fast dance, a charisma that melts people’s hearts, a smile that can at least momentarily remove your sorrow, and someone who makes you reflect at yourself, without asking you to. I would do anything to have an effect like that. Most of us, ask, for things to be done. Ilayathalapathy Vijay’s birthday arrives and people celebrate it. How? By blood donations, by contributing money to orphanages, buying food for the children there, and contributing books for them. It is not asked. It is done. How? Why?  The case point of him being an actor does not stand strongly here because there are other actors too. There is something different about him. Something so unique, yet so ordinary. Something exclusive, yet so universal.

So why does Ilayathalapathy Vijay stand apart? What gap has he filled that others strive hard to reach? To me, Vijay Anna is a simplified Kamal Hassan and more. Not simple. But simplified. I recollect how I feel when I see Heyram, Anbe Sivam and Virumandi. The way my gut wrenches and how tears are involuntary. Leaving aside the directorial labour pain by Kamal Hassan, I am demanding your attention to the artist, the psychologist and human in Vijay. It is the same damn thing. It is the same essence.

 It is a similar work – the work of a genius who understands what the movie character needs, carefully and painstakingly matches it with what the people need, actualizes it with a conviction and says it with a personal voice that carries what he believes in as well. Like a potter who carves his pot with his parental touch, mixing his sweat with the clay and then leaving his finger prints –his personal stroke on it. Very similar to Kamal Hassan in this aspect – sometimes making it hard to differentiate between the actor and the person (with pleasure of course). This you realize once the movie is over. But during the movie, unlike some artists whose personal voice over rides the character, Vijay Anna seldom does it. For eg, Kutty of Thulladha Manamum Thullum, Shiva of Youth, Bhupathy of Vaseegara, Muthappa of Sivakasi and Sivagiri of Thirupaachi, all carried an authentic, original sense of the character but was never over ridden by Vijay himself. A perfect balance of the character and the person was so evident that it made me shed tears of joy. I am sure a character like Shiva (Youth) required a very high level of personal maturity to handle its nature - a letdown groom who brings back the same girl who let him down, from tragedy to life -by his characteristically divine, humble and matured charm that I can’t get enough of.

Where others have failed, Vijay Anna has won. The supreme satisfaction of an artist from the people who watch him/her is to follow his/her message. And in Vijay Anna’s case alone, for now, millions do it without being told.  A message of love and brotherhood. A message that Bob Marley conveyed, a message that Kamal Hassan strives to every time, and many others. In his case, things flow. The invisible bond is extremely strong, that people who are inspired do not need the noise from a mike. Largely because he models what he believes in rather than preach. If the fact that him not using English like a Westerner, him not dressing up like the way you want, him not presenting the world market on your face, are the reasons you cannot stand him, it is absolutely fine.

But my request is do not claim to completely understand that acting like music knows no boundaries. Because, I took an Australian lady with me to watch Velayudham. She knew nothing about Vijay nor does she know Tamil. But she screamed, clapped and cried just like me with some kind of madness I thought I only possessed more when compared to her. Emotions, love, anger, hope, triumph - are all universal. And thus Vijay too. Bangladeshi, Iranian, Pakisthani and Australian – his fans. Remove what you already think the ‘non-cool’villager and the ‘non-cool’ city dweller is. Watch his movies with an open mind. Then you will see Tamilness reflecting on him and universalism radiating out from him- In the name of  appreciation of art in its most humble and proud form, from Mongolia to India.

And this work of 6 hours is my birthday present. Happy birthday Vijayna...

Tamil star Vijay turns 38 today

Tamil superstar "Ilayathalapathy" Vijay is 38 today. The actor and singer began his film career as a child artiste in films produced by his father S A Chandrasekhar and has starred in many hits likePoove Unakkaga, Kaavalan, Sivakasi and Nanban.

The actor, who made a special appearance in the recent Bollywood movie directed by Prabhu DevaRowdy Rathore, has been conferred with many awards and honours including two Tamil Nadu State Film Awards. Known for his philanthropic activities, Vijay has also received an honorary doctorate from MGR University for his philanthropic works. He was also the brand ambassador for the IPL team, Chennai Super Kings.

As part of his birthday celebrations, the actor will reportedly present gold rings to children in various government hospitals in Tamil Nadu who have been born on this day. Apart from this, he will be part of many welfare and social activities.

Many South actors wished Vijay on his birthday on Twitter. "Ilayathalapathy Vijay celebrates his 38th birthday today! Tamil cinema's one of the romantic hit pair is Vijay," tweeted Asin and also posted a picture.

 "Happy b'day to my favorite actor dancer Thalabathi Vijay," posted actress and dancer Gayathri Raguraman.

விஜயின் வாழ்க்கை கில்லி பட திரைக்கதை போல அத்தனை வேகமானதாகத்தான் பலராலும் நம்பப்படுகிறது. சொல்லப்படுகிறது. முதல் பத்தியில் சொன்னதைப் போல அது இலகுவானதா என்றால் நிச்சயம் இல்லை. விஜய் முதலில் நடிக்க வேண்டும் என்ற போது அவர் வீட்டிலே எதிர்ப்புதான் பதிலாய் வந்தது. தன் நண்பர்களிடத்தில் சொல்லியிருந்தாலும் கிண்டலும் கேலியும்தான் செய்திருப்பார்கள். அப்போது இருந்த விஜயின் தோற்றம் அப்படி. மட்டுமில்லாமல் சினிமாவில் நுழைவதற்கான ட்ரேட் மார்க் தகுதிகளாக வாரிசுகள் உருவாக்கி வைத்திருக்கும் குதிரையேற்றம், சண்டை பயிற்சி, நடனம் என எந்த முன்னேற்பாடுகளும் அவர் செய்யவில்லை. சினிமாவில் நுழைய அவர் செய்த அதிகபட்ச முயற்சியே வீட்டில் சொல்லாமல் உதயம் தியேட்டருக்கு சென்று அண்ணாமலை படம் பார்த்ததுதான். அதற்குள் அவரைத் தேடி கண்டுபிடித்து மீண்டும் வீட்டிற்கே இழுத்து செல்லப்பட்டார். அப்போதிலிருந்து இப்போது வரை பெரிதாய் எதுவும் முயற்சி செய்யவில்லையே என்று விஜயை சீண்டும் எஸ்.எம்.எஸ்கள் வரலாம். ஆனால் உண்மை அதுதானா?

விஜயின் முதல் படம் தோல்வி. இரண்டாவது பட படப்பிடிப்பில் ஒருவர் சொன்னாராம்” இவனையெல்லாம் யாருய்யா நடிக்க கூப்பிட்டது? சண்டையும் வரல டான்ஸூம் வரல” . உண்மைதான்.அப்போது விஜய்க்கு அந்த இரண்டுமே சரியாக வரவில்லை. சொல்லப் போனால் அப்போது இருந்த விஜய்க்கு எதுவுமே சரியா வரவில்லை. அப்போதுதான் முதலில் நடன வகுப்புக்கும், சண்டை பயிற்சிக்கும் சென்றார். இன்று விஜயின் ப்ளஸ்களில் முக்கியமானவையாக இருப்பது அவை இரண்டும்தான். எந்த இரண்டு விஷயங்களுக்கு அவர் பலர் முன்னிலையில் அவமானப்படுத்தப்படாரோ, அதில்தான் அவர் இன்று இணையற்ற நாயகனாக விளங்குகிறார். மீனா, ரோஜா போன்று அவருடன் நடிக்க மாட்டேன் என்று ஒதுக்கிய பலர் அவருடன் ஒரு பாடலில் மட்டும் ஆடியது எல்லாம் பழைய கதை. இந்திய அளவில் சிறந்த டேன்சர் என்று ஷில்பா ஷெட்டியிடம் கேட்கப்பட்டபோது அவர் சொன்ன மூவரில் ஒருவர்… விஜய். இதற்கும் அவர் இயக்குனர் மகனாக பிறந்ததுதான் காரணம் என்போர். ப்ளீஸ். இது உங்களுக்கு அல்ல.

நடிக்க வந்தபின் நடிக்காமல் நன்றாக ஆடினார், பாடினார், அடித்தார் என்பது சப்பைக்கட்டாக தெரியலாம். ஆனால் உண்மை அதுவல்ல. விஜயின் தோற்றத்திற்கு பலவித கெட் அப்கள் அவருக்கு தோதாக இருக்கவில்லை. எப்போதாவது செய்த கண்ணுக்குள் நிலவு,சச்சின் போன்ற முயற்சிகளும் தோல்வியே. அதனால் தனக்கு ஏற்ற கதைகளையே தேர்வு செய்யத் தொடங்கினார். விஜயின் 50 படங்களை 5 வகையாக பிரிக்கலாம். தனக்கென ஒரு பாதை இல்லாது நடித்த ஆரம்பகால படங்கள். அவற்றை இப்போது அவரே விரும்பமாட்டார்.அதை விட்டுவிடலாம். அவரது 9வது படம்.பூவே உனக்காகஇரண்டாம் வகை. குடும்ப செண்டிமெண்டுகள் நிறைந்த காதல் கதைகளில் நடித்தார். பூவே உனக்காக, லவ்டுடே, காதலுக்கு மரியாதை, துள்ளாத மனமும் துள்ளும் என அந்த வகையில் அவர் அடித்த அடி இன்றும் முறியடிக்கப்படாத சதங்கள்.

அதன் பின் விஜய்க்கு இறங்குமுகம். போட்டியின்றி தனிக்காட்டு ராஜாவாக வலம் வந்த விஜய்க்கு என்றென்றும் காதல், மின்சார கண்ணா, நெஞ்சினிலே, கண்ணுக்குள் நிலவு என தொடர் தோல்விகள். அவ்வளவுதாம்ப்பா விஜய் என்றார்கள். இது நடந்த போதுதான் சேது, வாலி, அமர்க்களம் என விஜய்க்கு போட்டியாளர்கள் உருவாகி கொண்டிருந்தார்கள். தனது பாதையை சற்றே மாற்ற வேண்டுமென முடிவு செய்த விஜய் அடுத்து நடித்தது குஷி. மூன்றாம் வகை. உடைகள், நடனம், பாடி லேங்ஜுவேஜ் என சகலமும் மாற்றிக் கொண்டு வந்தார். அபாரமான ஒப்பனிங். அலைபாயுதே, கண்டுகொண்டேன் கண்டுகொண்டேன் என மேட்டுக்குடி படங்கள் வெளியான சமயத்தில்தான் குஷியும் வந்தது. சத்யமில் இதன் பரபரப்பான ஓப்பனிங் கண்ட அந்த திரையரங்க உரிமையாளர் சொன்ன வார்த்தை “இவன் நிஜமாவே அடுத்த ரஜினிதாம்ப்பா”. விஜய் பார்க்க சுமார் என்றவர்கள் கூட அவரின் உடையலங்காரம் குறித்து சிலாகித்தது இந்தக் காலக்கட்டத்தில்தான். இந்தியாவின் பல முன்னணி காஸ்ட்யும் டிசைனர் தமிழகத்தின் பெஸ்ட் டிரெசிங் சென்ஸ் உடையவர் விஜய்தான் என்றும் சொன்னார்கள். குஷியில் மீண்டும் வெற்றிக்கொடி ஏற்றியவர் தொடர்ந்து ப்ரியமானவளே, ஃப்ரெண்ட்ஸ், பத்ரி என பட்டயைக் கிளப்பினார்.

மீண்டும் ஒரு குழப்ப நிலை. யூத், பகவதி போன்ற சில படங்கள் வணிக ரீதியாக தப்பித்தாலும் ஷாஜஹான், தமிழன், வசீகரா, புதிய கீதை என தோல்விகள். வசீகராவில் அவரது நகைச்சுவை கலந்த நடிப்பு பின்னர் பாராட்டப்பட்டாலும் படம் வெளிவந்த போது அது தோல்வியே. நாயகியின் தங்கை காலில் விஜய் விழுவது போல இருந்த ஒரு காட்சி தமிழகம் முழுவதும் அவரது ரசிகர்களால் ரசிக்கப்படவில்லை என்று எழுதியது ஒரு வாரப்பத்திரிக்கை. அஜித், விக்ரம் என்ற இரு போட்டிகள் அதற்குள் அவதாரமெடுத்து நிற்க, கூடவே நந்தா, மெளனம் பேசியது என பவுண்டரி அடித்த சூர்யா காக்க காக்க என்ற சிக்சரோட காத்திருந்தார். 2003 தீபாவளிதான் நிஜமான பரீட்சையாக இருந்தது விஜய்க்கு. வில்லன் என்ற வெற்றியை தொடர்ந்து அஜித் போலிஸாக நடித்த ஆஞ்சனேயா, வல்லரசில் விஜய்காந்தையே கலக்கலாக காட்டிய மகாராஜன் படம் ஒரு பக்கம். தூள்,சாமி என்று கமர்ஷியல் காக்டெயில் அடித்த விக்ரம் மீண்டும் பாலாவோடு பிதாமகன். உடன் சூர்யா. இவர்கள் ஒரு பக்கம். தொடர்தோல்விகளால் பின்னுக்குத் தள்ளப்பட்டதாக கருதப்பட்ட விஜய், புதுமுக இயக்குனரோட ஒரு பக்கம். தமிழ் சினிமாவின் அன்றைய டாப் ஹீரோக்கள் நேரிடையாக மோதிய களம். திருமலை.. நான்காம் வகை.

படம் வந்தபோது நீங்கள் தமிழகத்தில் எந்த ஊரில் பார்த்திருந்தாலும் நினைவிருக்கும். விஜயின் மாஸ் முன்னால் எதுவும் எடுபடாமல் போனது. பிதாமகன் தேசிய விருது பெற்றாலும் மக்களின் அமோக ஆதரவு திருமலைக்கே. தொடர் தோல்விகளால் துவண்ட ரசிகர்களுக்கு தனது புது அவதாரத்தின் மூலம் க்ளுக்கோஸ் பாய்ச்சினார் தளபதி. திருமலையில் வசனம் பெரிதும் பாராட்டப்பட்டது. அதில் புகழ் பெற்ற ஒரு வசனம்

* முதல் நான்கைந்து படங்களுக்குப் பிறகு விஜயகாந்த்தோடு நடித்த 'செந்தூரப்பாண்டி', விஜய்யைப் பட்டிதொட்டி எங்கும் கொண்டுபோய்ச் சேர்த்தது. அதை மிகவும் பெருந்தன்மையோடு இப்பவும் ஒப்புக்கொள்வார் விஜய்!

* பின்னணிப் பாடகராக 'தேவா' படத்தில் பாட ஆரம்பித்த விஜய், 2005-ல் 'சச்சின்' வரை 23 பாடல்களைப் பாடினார். அதன் பின்னர் ஏனோ  பாடுவதைத் தவிர்த்து வந்தவர், தற்போது 'துப்பாக்கி' படத்தில் ஒரு பாடலை பாடி இருக்கிறார்.

* விஜய்க்குத் திருமணம் ஆனவுடனேயே அவரது காஸ்ட்யூம் டிசைனராக மாறிவிட்டார் மனைவி சங்கீதா. இன்றைக்குவரைக்கும் அவர் தேர்ந்தெடுத்துத் தருகிற டிரெஸ்களை மட்டுமே அணிகிறார் விஜய். இந்த காஸ்ட்யூம் டிசைன் சினிமா வரைக்கும் போகிற வாய்ப்பு இருக்கிறது!

* திடீரென்று நினைவு வந்தால் நண்பர்களோடு காரில் வந்து ஆசையாக லயோலா கல்லூரி வகுப்பு பெஞ்சில் உட்கார்ந்துவிட்டுச் செல்வார் விஜய். அன்றைக்கு மாணவர்களோடு உட்கார்ந்து கலகலப்பாக உரையாடும் விஜய்யை நீங்கள் இதற்கு முன் கண்டிருக்க மாட்டீர்கள்!

* ஜூன் 22 பிறந்த நாளன்று எங்கே இருந்தாலும் ஓடி வந்து தாயின் அருகில் இருக்கவே விரும்புவார். வெளிநாட்டில் இருந்தாலும் அங்கிருந்து கிளம்பிவந்து அன்று முழுவதும் அம்மா பக்கமே இருக்கிற அம்மா பிள்ளை விஜய்!

* சஞ்சய்யின் ஒவ்வொரு வயது கூடும்போதும் அவனது நடவடிக்கைகளை வீடியோவில் பதிவுசெய்து வைத்திருக்கிறார். 20 வயது ஆனதும் அவனது பிறந்த நாளுக்கு விஜய் அளிக்கப்போகிற பெரிய பரிசு அதுதான்!

* அப்பாவிடம் முதலில் சினிமாவில் நடிக்கிற ஆசையைச் சொல்ல, பேசிக் காட்டியது 'அண்ணாமலை' பட வசனம்தான். அதனால் இன்றைக்கும் அந்த வசனத்தை மனப்பாடமாகப் பேசிக் காட்டுவார்!

* நடனத்தில் மிகவும் பெயர் பெற்ற விஜய்க்கு பிடித்த நடனக்காரர்கள் பிரபுதேவா, லாரன்ஸ், மாதுரி தீட்சித்தானாம்!

* நெருக்கமான கல்லூரி நண்பர்களை அழைப்பது 'மச்சி'. மற்றவர்களை விஜய் அழைப்பது 'என்னங்கண்ணா!'

* வீட்டின் வராந்தாவில் காத்திருக்கும் எல்லா கார்களின் நிறமும் கறுப்பு. 

* அம்மா ஷோபா சந்திரசேகர் இசை கச்சேரிகளில் பாட ஊக்கம் கொடுத்து உற்சாகப்படுத்துவார். அம்மாவின் கச்சேரிகளுக்கு முதல் ஆளாக ஆஜர் ஆவார் எப்போதும்!

* மகன் சஞ்சய்யும், மகள் திவ்யா சாஷாவும் அப்பாவின் நடிப்பில் ஆர்வமாக இருந்தாலும் படிப்பிலும் அவர்கள் கவனம் செலுத்த வேண்டும் என்பதில் உறுதியாக இருக்கிறார் விஜய். நாலு வயதில் இருந்தே கம்ப்யூட்டரில் விளையாடுகிறாள் சாஷா!

* எவ்வளவோ அழைப்புகள் வந்தும் பிற மொழிப் படங்களில் நடிக்கச் சம்மதிப்பது இல்லை விஜய். தமிழில் மட்டுமே நடிப்பேன் என்பதில் உறுதியாக நிற்கிறார்! சமீபத்தில் பிரபுதேவாவின் விருப்பத்திற்காக 'ரவுடி ரத்தோர்' படத்தில் அக்ஷய் கன்னாவுடன் ஒரு குத்தாட்டம் போட்டார்.

* விஜய்யோடு அதிக படங்களில் ஜோடியாக நடித்தவர்கள் சிம்ரன், ஜோதிகா, த்ரிஷா. உலக அழகி ப்ரியங்கா சோப்ரா அறிமுகமானது விஜய்யுடன் ஜோடி சேர்ந்த  'தமிழன்' படத்தில் தான்.

Ilayathalapathy Vijay donned the role of Guest Editor for CT’s anniversary issue

    He may seem quiet and reserved. But when he appears on-screen, Ilayathalapathy Vijay is a livewire — dancing as best as he can, performing daredevil stunts as we watch in stupor and making us laugh like there’s no tomorrow. When Vijay consented to be Guest Editor for the Chennai Times 4th anniversary issue, the office got buzzing. Post patiently posing for photographs with everyone, the actor spent a few hours with the Chennai Times team, answering questions and posing some of his own. Vijay spoke about cinema, cricket and more cinema! Here are some excerpts from the candid interaction: 
Did you always want to do ‘mass’ films? 
 Usually, actors start off with romantic films and then go to mass. But in my case, it was the opposite. After a lot of romantic films in the middle of my filmi career, I went the mass way. Being a mass hero has a separate ‘feel’ to it! 
Who is your competitor? It’s said that Rajini-Kamal, Vijay-Ajith and Vikram-Suriya are rivals… 
 Ajith visits me often and I go to his house frequently as well. Our children go to the same playschool; that’s one more common link we share. It’s only in films that there’s a small ‘neeya nana’ between the two of us. But I’m of the opinion that it should exist — healthy competition is always good, isn’t it? 
Any movie you wish you had done?  
One film that I’ve dearly missed doing is Dhool. Director Dharani had given me a script narration but I didn’t take it further. When I saw the film after it released, it was brilliant. I told Dharani, ‘This wasn’t the script you narrated!’ The commercial ingredients fell in place perfectly in that film. 
Any one you want to work with? 
 I have always had the desire to work with big directors but it’s all a question of coming together. Fortunately for me, it has happened now. 
What genre are you comfortable with?  
I’m most comfortable with romance and comedy. But these days, I ensure that my films have a generous dose of all the elements needed for commercial cinema. 
You sing and have even had some big hit numbers like Appudi Podu… 
 When I heard Appudi Podu… the first time, I didn’t expect it to be such a big hit. We plan a lot of things at times and then the audience ends up liking some other things! Some things are beyond us, I guess. (Smiles) 
Tell us a little about Thuppaki  
I’ve had very few mass films that are stylish in nature as well. Director Murugadoss’ Thuppaki is one such film; an out-and-out action entertainer that has some brilliant sequences. He’s a ‘kutti Mani Ratnam’! Despite not knowing the language, Kajal, my heroine, has done a good job in a performance-oriented role. Vidyut, the villain in Thuppaki, has done a great job as well. In fact, he looks like the hero of the film! I’m trying to match my physique with his but it’s proving to be tough. (Laughs) 
Singing in Thuppaki…  
I take personal interest in the music and songs in my films. Recently, when he was recording for Thuppaki, composer Harris Jayaraj called me to his studio and wanted me to try out a rap number. I sang it and everyone felt that it had come out well. It’s an easy song; something that anyone can hum. 
Are you a cricket buff?  
My son is a cricket freak — he now says that he wants to be a cricketer! I accompanied him for the first IPL match and we saw some CCL matches together too. In fact, he is learning cricket now. 
How do you ‘chillax’? 
 I go out often to watch films in a city multiplex. That’s how I chill out when I’m in the city. Else, I frequent my friends’ homes. In Mumbai, where I am shooting for Thuppaki, I got a chance to go out and do things like everyone else. It felt nice. 
Your focus is movies but are you happy with the political environment today?  
Yes. 
The road ahead? 
 After Thuppaki, I have Yohan: Adhyayam Ondru with director Gautham Menon that’s a spy thriller. Then, I have a project lined up with director Vijay.

Thuppaki preview

Ilayathalapathy Vijay's forthcoming, 'Thupaki', is much expected due to reasons many. And boy oh boy, has the director roped in the best of talents for the cast and crew! The film boasts off some of the finest technicians in the country for the crew.

This project helmed by AR Murugadoss has music by Harris Jayaraj who has managed to make the Ilayathalapathy croon for a track after quite sometime. The song is said to be a fast paced peppy number.

The film is produced by Kalaipuli S Dhanu who is shelving all the money that's required to make the film a grand venture. Ace Thotta Tharani is the art director of the film that has editing by renowned Sreekar Prasad! Another fine bullet in this biggie is the multi-faceted Santosh Sivan who is handling the camera for this film. Most of the scenes are canned in Mumbai.

Vijay will be seen in a whole new stylish suave avatar in this film according to reliable sources. Apt to the title, the actor will be seen as an encounter specialist in 'Thupaki'. Kajal Aggarwal plays Vijay's love interest in this high voltage action entertainer and their on screen chemistry is one of the highlights.

The makers are toying with the idea of featuring Jai as Vijay's younger brother as the former has features that resemble Vijay and the duo make convincing siblings.

Sathyan who provided comic relief in Vijay's 'Nanban', will do so in this biggie as well. Jayaram will be seen in a pivotal role.

Boasting off some of the best talents in the industry, this high voltage action entertainer is one of the biggest films of 2012 and will introduce a suave new avatar of Vijay to his dear fans. Make way for 'Thupaki' that's getting bigger with each passing day!
